1、烤漆工藝要求

1. Process Requirements of Baking Paint

1)清洗表面殘留物,補灰,打磨等一系列表面處理.

2)采用環(huán)保型優(yōu)質油漆烤漆處理.烤漆房須無塵埃顆粒車間,烤漆表面涂層三涂三烤處理.

3) 油漆色彩要符合設計方案要求.

3、不銹鋼工藝要求

1)不銹鋼板須刨坑折彎焊接.

2)焊接前清除表面油污,減少焊縫形成的虛焊、氣孔、裂紋等缺陷.

2) Clean up the oil stain on the surface before welding, and reduce the defects of virtual welding, pore and crack.

3)焊接完后將所有可見焊縫打磨光滑,與周圍表面一樣平滑,無明顯劃痕.

完工外觀要求:安裝完成后標牌外觀精美,表面無螺釘,無劃痕、氣泡及明顯的顏色不均勻,烤漆須無明顯色差,所用材料符合設計方案要求.
