1、烤漆工藝要求

1. Process Requirements of Baking Paint

1)清洗表面殘留物,補灰,打磨等一系列表面處理.

2)采用環(huán)保型優(yōu)質(zhì)油漆烤漆處理.烤漆房須無塵埃顆粒車間,烤漆表面涂層三涂三烤處理.

2) Use environmentally friendly high-quality paint baking process. The baking room should be dust-free particle workshop, three coatings and three baking treatments on the surface of the baking paint.

3) 油漆色彩要符合設(shè)計方案要求.

4) 面漆膜應(yīng)平滑、均勻,不允許出現(xiàn)流痕、皺紋、桔皮、氣泡、夾雜等影響裝飾效果的缺陷.

3、不銹鋼工藝要求

3. Stainless steel process requirements

1)不銹鋼板須刨坑折彎焊接.

2)焊接前清除表面油污,減少焊縫形成的虛焊、氣孔、裂紋等缺陷.

2) Clean up the oil stain on the surface before welding, and reduce the defects of virtual welding, pore and crack.

3)焊接完后將所有可見焊縫打磨光滑,與周圍表面一樣平滑,無明顯劃痕.

完工外觀要求:安裝完成后標(biāo)牌外觀精美,表面無螺釘,無劃痕、氣泡及明顯的顏色不均勻,烤漆須無明顯色差,所用材料符合設(shè)計方案要求.
